World’s end Hingam. We had a visitor over from california this weekend but he has seen a lot of things in boston already so we were looking for places to visit that we haven’t seen before. I pursuaded them to go to a place where we could get some pictures of the nature because I haven’t done so in a long while. World’s end in Hingham is easy to get to and has some decent views if you are willing to pay $6 per person for parking. Definitely worthwhile for some practice for a beginner in nature photography like me!
A majestic looking tree! I spent a lot of time taking pictures of this one.
A little house over looking a lake. It was a perfectly cloudy day to capture the greenery here.
I feel like I haven’t quite done a great job capturing what I really saw in the landscape here.
It was very windy to capture this little guy, even with the lowest shutter speed I could use, but I like what I eventually got! I think it captures both the wind and the flower quite well!
This one is better focus and I liked it too.
I didn’t think there was anything special about this picture when I looked at my camera screen but I do like it when I looked at it in its full image size. The fuzzy white in the image is very appealing to me unlike the other pictures of flowers I have taken in the past which sort of pop in the image.
I really like this shot. I was really trying to get the little specks of yellow flowers in between the green grass and inadvertently also captured my friend walking down the trail. But now that I look at it I think that having him walk down the trail adds to the nature that I was trying to capture.
This one was just for fun. I couldn’t really get great pictures of the ocean landscape from that vantage point, so I figured I could capture my friend enjoying the view from there.
